All confirmed orders will be processed for delivery or shipping within five (5) business days.
Once shipped, please allow five (5) business days for standard shipping (S$5).
We also offer expedited shipping (S$15). For this option, please allow two (2) business days from the time you order for the item(s) to reach you.
However, do expect delays during peak, launch, holiday and sale periods.
International Shipping
We currently do not provide international shipping on our website although we might in the near future!
If you have a special request, do email us at contact@thesetinythings.com to enquire. We may be able to assist with international shipping on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend the following wash instructions to maintain the quality and softness of your bamboo apparel and essentials:
- Pop into a laundry bag for extra care since the bamboo fabric is delicate
- Apparel should be zipped/buttoned up while washing to decrease piling and accidental snags
- Wash with like fabrics and colors
- Machine wash cold (30-40 degrees) on gentle cycle with mild detergent, do not use fabric softeners
- Lay flat to dry or line dry in shade
- Tumble dry on low if needed
- Cool or low heat iron if you would like to iron out creases
- Do not dry clean or bleach
- Do not twist, wring or rub
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, items purchased on our website, whether on sale or not, are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please check the sizing chart as we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges unless an item is incorrectly sent or a defective. Please check carefully before carting out.
