Exchanges & Returns

We apologize if we sent you a defective or incorrect item.

  • Please provide photos of the defective area or incorrect item and submit your exchange or return request via email at contact@thesetinythings.com with your order number within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • We will aim to reply you within 3-5 business days. Do, however, expect delays in our replies during peak, launch, holiday or sale periods.
  • Please await our acknowledgement of the defect or incorrect item prior to returning your order. Proof of defect must be verified by our Customer Service team to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • If the item is defective, we will provide an exchange. However, if we have run out of stock for that item, we will provide a refund in the form of store credits which may be utilized for other available items on our website. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds.
  • Exchanges will only be done if an item is in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still in its original packaging). Exchanges of items which do not meet these conditions will be declined.
  • For returns, please follow the instructions provided in our email correspondence with you.

Please note that the following are NOT considered defects:

  • Due to the manufacturing process, please note that an item will only be deemed defective if the measurement discrepancy is outside the range of 1 inch (when laid flat).
  • Please refer to the Care Guide on our Website on how to wash delicate bamboo apparel and essentials. We do not guarantee that items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks etc) or destroyed if it is not washed according to our Care Guide. If this happens, we will not be responsible and any return or exchange request will not be entertained.
  • Please allow slight variations in the product colour due to lighting and different monitor/screen resolutions.
  • For prints, please note that the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece.
  • Due to the manufacturing process, items with minor imperfections (loose threads, crease markets, slight dotted stains, slightly misaligned buttons/seams etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
  • Subjective opinions or preferences in relation to the quality of the product will not be considered a defect.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, items purchased on our Website, whether on sale or not, are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Please check the sizing chart as we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges unless an item is incorrectly sent or a defective. Please check carefully before carting out.

Delivery

We currently ship to South East Asia, Hong Kong and Australia and we are working very hard to make our products available to our friends internationally!

If you have a special request, do email us at contact@thesetinythings.com to enquire. We may be able to assist with international shipping on a case-by-case basis with shipping fees borne solely by you.

The shipping fee excludes international taxes, such as value added tax, that may be charged at the destination, and such taxes and fees shall be borne solely by the customer.

We do not provide this service at this moment. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided.

All confirmed orders will be processed for delivery or shipping within five (5) business days.

Once shipped, please allow five (5) business days for standard shipping (S$5).

We offer expedited shipping (S$15). For this option, please allow two (2) business days from the time you order for the item(s) to reach you.

However, do expect delays during peak, launch, holiday and sale periods.

We offer same day delivery in Singapore for S$50 for orders with a minimum spend of S$150 (excluding shipping fee). Orders must be placed before 11am to receive same day delivery.

For the avoidance of doubt, any orders (normal and expedited) placed after 3pm will be processed the following business day, and will be considered as being purchased on that day instead for the purposes of delivery or shipping.

Title and risk of loss in relation to all orders will pass to you upon shipment from our shipping location. We will engage a third-party courier to ship the order to you and will provide third-party insurance coverage of up to S$30 for each order with you named as the loss payee. In the event that the order is lost or damaged in transit, the third-party courier shall reimburse up to a sum of S$30 to you. We will not be liable in the event that your claim exceeds the claim limit and will not provide any refunds or issue any credits or provide any replacement products. Please note that the third-party courier may take a while to verify all such losses or damages and process such claims.
